We're growing and that's because of our amazing staff! Turf Badger is a 5-Star rated company looking for ambitious lawn care staff willing to pay $720 per week commissions! This is physical, outdoor work and we ensure to make it highly rewarding plus, we take care of our staff!
You will receive a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn commission while you’re in the field, our Laborers are earning on average from $720 up to $1600 a week (With commissions included).
If you have experience in the lawn care field, join us as a Service Technician, or, if you have no experience but want to work outdoors with a great team, join our lawn care team!

As a candidate you must have:
- Reliable Transportation
- Availability to work Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
These are some of the activities for this position:
- Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Able to fill out and process all necessary job paperwork, purchase orders, and time sheets, etc.
- Seeks opportunities to upsell and converts them into work orders when appropriate.
- Ensures all accidents are properly documented and reported immediately
- Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Maintains a clean crew truck at all times
- Able to perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment
- Able to operate company equipment
- Requires minimal supervision and conducts all work in a safe manner
- Able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner on a daily basis
